No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 10 days before confirmed arrival date on low and middle season and 21 days during high season. Any cancellation made within 10 days during low and middle season or 21 days during high season before arrival date, results the 70% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.
Children Policy
• Children up to 2 years old are are accommodated free of charge and up to 12 years old, 50% of the charge for the extra bed/person (15,50€) • Extra bed for adults costs 25,00 euro per night all year round.

However, on the morning we were to depart we were accidentally locked into the building. #1 it is EXTREMELY dangerous if there are not alternate exits to the building. What would happen in case of fire?? #2 more measures should be taken to avoid this in the future. I'm not sure why anyone would have a physical key that could lock the building except for the owner/manager. Other services and staff should enter by code or a key card like guests. Please look into this matter. | 5 |

 | RoySun 27 Oct, 2019 | did NOT like it AT ALLI believe the receptionnist while technically on point would gain getting trained in what hospitality means: we were given from the beginning the impression to be a burden. When one call from a hospitality company basic training would have taught her to first present herself and state the company she is working for and then start questionning. When I stand in front of you while you are on the phone in the reception, obviously I "need something", the correct way would have been to ask "how can I help you" and if the call was important to just signal me to wait for a moment, which I was happily already doing. Now these apartments are clean (albeit found a lighter in the couch") but they are NOT soundproof to the point that opening or closing the windows did not change anything to the amount of noise was filtrated. a total nightmare to sleep at that place. It is a great choice if your goal is to party all night long or if you can sleep in any conditions. | 3 |
 | JeffreyThu 03 Oct, 2019 | Excellent Hotel BUTI stayed at the FOS Residential Apartments twice. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Plaka area. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and really nice. Bed was good, washroom with a shower (a little tight but manageable) and a second bathroom in the main area of the apartment. Large sitting area, dining table and all the appliances that you could require during a stay (except for a washer/dryer). There was a small view of the Parthenon but it was a very small view and there was no point in paying extra for it. WiFi was good and there were a couple of TV's with a few channels available in English. I would like to commend Cristina at the front desk, as she was OUTSTANDING. Super helpful with her recommendations and arranging some things. The big BUT is the street noise. There is double pane glass but unfortunately, it is not very effective at all as we heard everything from the street (people talking, cars going by) and it was difficult to get to sleep at night. Otherwise, the FOS Residential Apartments were great. | 5 |

The apartment is tastefully decorated, brand new and super clean (serviced every day with fresh towels, coffee pods and anything else that might be missing). Street noise is minimal, even though we stayed at a first-floor apartment literally 5m from the Adrianou Street tourist market spot. Very highly recommended, 100% chance of coming back :) | 5 |
